Vanessa's Story
Wrigley’s Solicitors, who are a specialist trust corporation, instructed us to source a rental in a competitive area of London on behalf of Vanessa, who following an incident needed a wheelchair friendly house.
At the time of Vanessa’s accident, her home made it challenging to carryout daily activities. Leading to our property search to source somewhere more suitable.

Our Property Finding team immediately set out looking for a property in Vanessa’s desired location, and quickly found the perfect bungalow which needed minimal adaptations.
The minor adaptations, including door widening, wet room, and creating level access, would allow Vanessa to be as independent as possible. These minor adaptations were important, as speed was key.
By adding a section of kitchen worktop, we have enabled Vanessa to continue her passion for cooking in an accessible space.

As Vanessa said herself ‘I like to cook, clean and explore the world, now I get to explore the world differently and do not let me disability stop me. I like to go out a live life in the world’ which we are hugely proud of.
