We are disability property specialists. People who have suffered a life changing injury as a consequence of an accident or negligent treatment need our support finding a home. This may form part of their personal injury or negligence claim. This makes every project we work on across the UK as unique as each individual’s requirements.
The person with disabilities is at the heart of every home we create, and their needs are considered at every stage of the property process. We manage the entire project to make sure of it—from research, finding and acquiring the space, through to architectural adaptations and even post-completion support.

Phillip Gill
Phill co-founded PLG in 2012. He works exclusively in the disability property industry, having spotted a specific need to help those with disabilities find a suitable home.
A true professional, Phill’s 25+ years in the business ranges from owning and running estate agents in central London and the South West, to developing large scale domestic and commercial property.
Phill’s great at joining the dots along the journey of finding, purchasing or renting a property, and then carefully adapting it to meet each individual’s needs – today and tomorrow.

As a Director of the business, Glenn plays a pivotal role in the smooth running and overall performance of PLG.
Experience
Glenn has over 15 years of experience working with individuals who have sustained catastrophic injuries as a result of clinical negligence or personal injury. Throughout his career, Glenn has held various roles focussed on clients’ property interests and related matters, showcasing his diverse expertise in the field.
Glenn’s responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating rental properties, overseeing property acquisitions and conducting thorough due diligence, managing design, planning, and construction aspects, as well as facilitating the release of assets and resolving disputes.
Glenn co-founded PLG in 2012 and has been instrumental in the success and growth of the company.
Expertise
PLG is a multi-disciplinary property consultancy that can service all elements of a clients’ property matters. Glenn’s expertise is in overseeing the overall journey for PLG’s clients and ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process, right from being discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation facility, through to moving into a a forever home.
