As the Head of Architecture, Andrew assumes the crucial responsibility of leading and managing the architectural department of PLG. With a wealth of experience and expertise, he possesses the necessary skills to oversee projects, enabling their seamless progression through various stages and ensuring all of our clients are receiving the same award winning service PLG pride themselves on.

Experience

Andrew has been RIBA Chartered for over 10 years. He spent his early career working is residential and conservation sectors, specialising in high-end bespoke residential properties. Following this, Andrew worked as an associate at a national practice where he dealt primarily with complex client groups on significant cultural and healthcare projects.

Expertise

Andrew’s career to date has given him a unique set of skills. PLG enables him to combine everything he has learned about designing unique, suitable and exciting homes, with the skills he developed dealing with complex requirements from varied stakeholder teams.

Alison is responsible for the design and implementation of – adaptation, refurbishment, alterations and extension projects, and the support and supervision of members of staff within the Architectural team.

Experience

Alison has over 25 years experience in the construction industry (21 years as a qualified architect) with experience across a wide range of sectors including education, sport, transport and infrastructure, community buildings and residential developments. Prior to joining PLG, Alison ran her own practice for 10 years, focussing on residential projects for private clients before returning to commercial practice and focusing on residential and education works.

Alison has been with PLG for nearly 3 years, after jumping into the unknown rabbit hole of disability adaptation works and feels like work has a sense of purpose now.

With over 20 years of experience, John demonstrates extensive expertise throughout all design stages, seamlessly navigating projects from inception to practical completion. John designs to the brief of each individual, ensuring that each design is tailored to meet specific needs while maintaining a thorough understanding of buildability considerations.

He has a comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Policies and he is experienced in Planning and Working Drawings, Written Specifications, Schedules, Tender Packages, and Contract Administration.

Expertise

John possesses extensive experience predominantly in the residential sector, where he has primarily served private clients, delivering bespoke solutions, tailored to meet and enhance their specific requirements. With a keen interest in sustainable and ecological designs, he actively explores the concept of “Living Architecture” by incorporating features such as Green Roofs and Living Walls into his projects. These innovative elements not only add aesthetic appeal but also offer numerous ecological benefits.

As an architectural designer within the architect team, Premal is responsible for supporting an architectural project from concept through to successful completion.

Experience

With over 10 years of experience as an Architectural Technician, Premal has demonstrated his expertise across a diverse range of projects, spanning from small residential extensions to large office-to-residential conversions. He has successfully worked with a developer, who has completed a project comprising 21 residential units, including a mix of semi-detached houses and flats.

As an architectural designer, Jason plays a pivotal role within the Architect Team, contributing to the entire process of property design from the initial concept phase to the final stages of construction completion.

Experience 

With 25 years of experience in the industry, Jason has amassed a wealth of expertise in designing within the domestic, commercial, and leisure spaces.

Expertise

Jason’s expertise lies in client and stakeholder liaison, sketching plans, creating planning drawings, and providing meticulous attention to technical and construction details.

He has comprehensive expertise in building regulations and statutory requirements, along with exceptional communication and strong team skills.

Creative design is to provide inspiring spaces, where a client can be relaxed & enjoys being at home in.

As an architectural assistant, Luka adeptly manages small projects and undertakes drawing and modeling tasks across all stages of the architectural process.

Experience

Prior to joining PLG, Luka gained valuable experience working at a small practice in Oxford, specialising in the design of new build homes. During university, he had the opportunity to intern at a renowned, multi award-winning practice in Milan, where he contributed to the production of photo-realistic renders for large apartment blocks and competition entries. During his studies, Luka demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit by starting a bike bag business, offering affordable and functional storage solutions for bikes.
