Creating a sanctuary in Sutton
We had the pleasure of working closely with our client after finding him a property before our instruction for the architectural adaptation work.
The property is a detached 1930s house located on a residential street within Sutton which needed modernising.
Creating a suitable forever home
PLG were engaged to create the perfect solution so that our client could be more independent in the family home with his wife and 2 sons.
Our architectural team set to the drawing pads and created a design that included a large rear extension. We created enough space for 3 bedrooms as well as a downstairs bedroom and wet room fit for our client. The plan also included updating a detached outbuilding.
The house needed a full makeover to all rooms, including replacing the kitchen and family bathroom to make the finished home immaculate and accessible.

On handover of the project, our client came along with his family and it was evident how happy he was to be in possession of the keys.
A truly life-changing adaptation of the property and our client can now live comfortably and more independently in his forever home with his family.
