After building a career as a Solicitor specialising in Medical Negligence, Ian actively contributes to the success of PLG and offers an objective viewpoint while playing his part on the Board of Directors.

Ian is an Owner Director of a management consultancy and advises on best practices to law firms and their supply chain, with a focus on Medical Negligence and Serious Injury. Since setting up the business in 2022, he provides guidance on how to increase productivity, improve operational efficiency, marketing, data management, and ensures they are “reform ready.”
Ian began his career at a small high street practice before starting his own niche Personal Injury and Medical Negligence law firm acting as Managing Director. In 2013, Ian was appointed National Business Development Partner for Slater & Gordon’s large Medical Negligence Department before becoming Head of Medical Negligence at another national law firm, Simpson Millar LLP.
