A true professional, Phill’s 25+ years in the business ranges from owning and running estate agents in central London and the South West, to developing large scale domestic and commercial property.
Phill’s great at joining the dots along the journey of finding, purchasing or renting a property, and then carefully adapting it to meet each individual’s needs – today and tomorrow.

Throughout his career, Glenn has held various roles focussed on clients’ property interests and related matters, showcasing his diverse expertise in the field.Glenn’s responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating rental properties, overseeing property acquisitions and conducting thorough due diligence, managing design, planning, and construction aspects, as well as facilitating the release of assets and resolving disputes.
Glenn co-founded PLG in 2012 and has been instrumental in the success and growth of the company.

Andrew has been RIBA Chartered for over 10 years. He spent his early career working is residential and conservation sectors, specialising in high-end bespoke residential properties. Following this, Andrew worked as an associate at a national practice where he dealt primarily with complex client groups on significant cultural and healthcare projects.

Andrew’s career to date has given him a unique set of skills. PLG enables him to combine everything he has learned about designing unique, suitable and exciting homes, with the skills he developed dealing with complex requirements from varied stakeholder teams.

After building a career as a Solicitor specialising in Medical Negligence, Ian actively contributes to the success of PLG and offers an objective viewpoint while playing his part on the Board of Directors.

Ian is an Owner Director of a management consultancy and advises on best practices to law firms and their supply chain, with a focus on Medical Negligence and Serious Injury. Since setting up the business in 2022, he provides guidance on how to increase productivity, improve operational efficiency, marketing, data management, and ensures they are “reform ready.”Ian began his career at a small high street practice before starting his own niche Personal Injury and Medical Negligence law firm acting as Managing Director. In 2013, Ian was appointed National Business Development Partner for Slater & Gordon’s large Medical Negligence Department before becoming Head of Medical Negligence at another national law firm, Simpson Millar LLP.

James leads the property finding team, utilising his expertise to identify potential properties that, with or out without adaptations, offer solutions for the diverse housing needs of PLG clients. From short-term rentals to “forever” homes, he excels in finding properties that offer tailored solutions, whether through existing features or possible adaptations.
James also plays a pivotal role in assisting the wider client team and the litigation claim by conducting and providing thorough research into property requirements and the property market.
Experience
James has a wealth of property knowledge, with over 20 years of experience in the property industry. His career began in 2001 when he joined a reputable independent estate agency in Torquay as a Trainee Negotiator. During his time there, he advanced to the position of Office Manager, and in 2012, he was given the responsibility of creating a successful lettings department, which continues to thrive today.
During this role, he also handled Student lettings for a brief period, before joining the team at PLG in 2017 and into an industry that allowed him to leverage his extensive expertise as an agent in both sales and rental properties.

With over 20 years of experience in various customer service environments, he has honed his ability to adapt to a wide range of situations.
Negotiation skills have been a crucial asset throughout his career, particularly in the realm of Estate Agency. In his current industry, these skills prove invaluable when finalising purchases and rentals for clients, especially in cases involving properties that require adaptations.
Pragmatism, problem-solving, and a sense of urgency are paramount in his work. Understanding that clients often face challenging circumstances through no fault of their own, he takes it upon himself to find solutions that may not be readily apparent to others. The ability to think critically, provide practical solutions, and act swiftly is vital in ensuring client satisfaction and resolving complex situations.
Accreditations
As a Trainee, he successfully obtained a Technical Award in Residential Sales, a newly established minimum standard accreditation in 2002. Building upon this achievement, he advanced his qualifications by achieving an NVQ Level 3 in the Sale of Residential Property.
With his transition to the Lettings sector, he further expanded his expertise by obtaining a Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
Throughout his career in Estate Agency, he has maintained membership in both the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents. However, as the industry has evolved and these associations have merged under Propertymark, he is no longer an active member due to his shift away from estate agency.

Alison is responsible for the design and implementation of a range of adaptation, refurbishment, alteration and extension projects, as well as the support and supervision of members of staff within the Architectural team.
Experience
Alison has over two decades of experience in the construction industry as a Chartered Architect, working across a wide range of sectors including education, sport, transport and infrastructure, community buildings and residential developments.
Prior to joining PLG, Alison worked for a Nottingham-based architectural practice on a variety of traditional and modular educational and residential projects, as well as local authority sports and community buildings, including the adaptation of the GB para-canoeists training hub. She also ran her own architectural practice for many years, focusing on residential work for private clients and gaining broad experience in delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Since joining PLG, Alison has built on this background to support families needing accessible and adapted homes, bringing both technical expertise and a people-focused approach to every project.

James is responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of adaptation, refurbishment, alteration, and extension projects. He also supports and supervises members of the Architectural team, ensuring high standards across all stages of project development.
Experience
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, James has worked across multiple sectors, including education, community buildings, commercial schemes, and residential developments.
Before joining PLG, James worked at a Hinckley-based architectural practice on a variety of residential projects ranging from a £4 million new-build house to student and rental accommodation developments. During this time, he also contributed to a commercial masterplanning scheme and a feasibility study for extension and accessibility improvements at the Hinckley District Museum. Earlier in his career, he delivered several projects for the University of Leicester and Leicester College.
Since joining PLG, James has continued to grow his expertise, developing specialist skills to support families requiring accessible or adapted homes. He brings strong technical knowledge and a people-focused approach to every project.

Karen will work closely with the client and their team to understand their vision and specific requirements and will relay those requirements to other members of the design team.

Karen has over a decade’s experience working in architecture, specialising in domestic projects and disability adaptation schemes.
Prior to joining PLG, Karen worked in a small firm specialising in sustainable and heritage design, designing extensions, adaptations and new build homes. Prior to this, she gained experience working for a firm installing disabled adaptations to Nottingham City Council Buildings, including leisure centres, libraries and housing. Additionally, her two weeks volunteering as part of the Gamesmaker Mobility Team at the London 2012 Olympics has provided her with an insight into some of the challenges which occupants with mobility issues can face which further enhances her designs.

Henry has a creative background and is a qualified designer. Before joining PLG, Henry worked as a shopfitting designer and project manager for a large clothing retailer. Before that, he worked as a university lecturer in computer animation.
Henry is a thoughtful, considerate and diligent individual, who is passionate about design. He enjoys finding the best solutions to maximise the potential and additional freedom a well-designed accessible home will give our clients.

He later transitioned into architectural practice, where he gained experience across a diverse portfolio of bespoke residential schemes, community facilities and healthcare environments.Since joining PLG, Joshua has expanded upon this foundation, specialising in accessible and adapted home design. Ellen first studied graphic design and E-media, building a strong foundation in visual communication and user experience early in her career. She later moved into B2B marketing, where she spent several years running campaigns, producing brochures, developing packaging and managing SEO across multiple websites. During this time, she completed a marketing qualification and gained experience using GA4 to monitor and analyse website performance to improve user experience.
She went on to join a busy creative agency, leading digital rebrands, overseeing website builds and delivering multi-channel advertising campaigns for a broad mix of clients.
With almost a decade of combined design and marketing experience, Ellen brings an adaptable, practical and people-focused approach to her work at PLG.

Amy works closely with her clients, their families and their care team to support them throughout the entire process from beginning to end, building up a good rapport in order to make this as easy and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.

Amy has worked in the property industry for many years, with previous experiences in Estate Agency, dealing with both residential sales and lettings, and most recently in Law, where she spent 3 years working as a Paralegal in the property team. Amy’s combined knowledge of both industries feeds well into her work with PLG and enables her to succeed in providing a bespoke and personal service to PLG’s clients.

Experience: Agnese has worked property industry for more than 10 years, with previous roles being in Residential and Holiday Lettings, and Property Development. Before joining PLG, Agnese was a Lettings Manager in a family-owned local lettings company.
Expertise: Agnese is an organised, energetic, and empathetic individual, who is passionate about helping people to find their homes, taking the pressure off the purchase or rental process by assisting them every step of the way.

Experience:
Sam has a varied background which gives her the skills required to support her clients. Sam has 9 years of Estate Agency experience, dealing primarily with residential sales. Most recently Sam worked in the retail banking sector, working in all areas of the branch network including branch manager and most recently executive assistant to several tier one bank executives. Sam’s knowledge of both property and the financial sector enables her to provide a high-level service to clients.

Sam is a bubbly and enthusiastic member of the team. Customer service and relationship management are both areas in which Sam feels passionately about, helping her to build strong bonds with clients and their teams.

Wayne works closely with our clients, their families, and support teams to provide a bespoke and personal service, and he supports them throughout the entire process.
Wayne travels the country visiting highlighted properties to assess their suitability and potential, before recommending them to our clients.
Experience
Wayne has a therapeutic background, with previous roles as a small group facilitator, within therapeutic communities. Before joining PLG, Wayne worked as a Group Facilitator for Her Majesty’s Prison Service, and before that, he worked as a production manager for the UK’s largest lighting manufacturer.
Wayne is an observant, thoughtful and organised individual, who is passionate about supporting clients in their quest to create their accessible home.
