Research and Finding

We combine our understanding of the property market with the ability to anticipate market changes. Utilising our robust network of existing relationships, we identify the most suitable property options for clients with disabilities.

We take responsibility for every step of the journey—from market research and exploring possibilities to securing a rental or purchase that facilitates progress in the rehabilitation process. Our property finding team works diligently to comprehend each client’s unique needs.

Rental or Forever Home

For clients with life-changing injuries who cannot return to their original homes, we swiftly secure suitable rental accommodation, enabling them to receive necessary care and therapy packages sooner. Whether it’s a short-term tenancy or a long-term agreement, we tailor each tenancy to ensure practicality. If adaptations are needed, we address reinstatement provisions at the tenancy’s outset. When searching for a forever home, we evaluate properties based on our client’s long-term requirements.

04

Assessing Homes for Suitability

We consider wheelchair access, space for lifts, accessible bathrooms, carers’ accommodation, therapy rooms, and areas for hydrotherapy pools. All suitable properties are reviewed with the client and their legal and care teams. We provide detailed summaries of the location, care options, schooling, family dynamics, and the property itself.

Our collaborative approach aims to ensure optimal outcomes for our clients by proactively engaging with solicitors, deputies, case managers, and therapists, providing support and guidance every step of the way.

Evaluating Possibilities

Upon instruction from the legal team or client, we begin with a thorough evaluation of the property market to ascertain available properties. We offer tailored reports and insights, including:

  • Property Search Review
  • Property Search Analysis
  • Pre-Purchase Report (PPR)
  • Suitability Reports

Our housing market reviews are informed by client-provided data, including geographic and demographic analysis and sales data, both historical and current. This information streamlines the property selection process, enabling quicker decision-making for clients and their teams.
