After some time away from his PLG blogging commitments, Ian made a welcome return with not one, but two Cohen’s Comments. As a solicitor, Ian spent much of his career working with individuals affected by clinical negligence, as well as their families. Ian is a consultant to legal firms and still very much involved in the industry, so understands what solicitors need when working on such complex cases. This month, he’s taken us on a journey through the litigation process in relation to the accommodation head of damage, describing what it is that a solicitor should be doing and what they value the most from PLG’s service portfolio.

We represented PLG at various events during September. With time off over summer, conferencing season kicked back in for us at the PDF Conference. We saw lots of industry friends over at the NEC. More was to follow the very next day as we hosted a table at the highly inspiring CMSUK Awards in London. Finally, the marketing team took to the road with a trip to the Devon office for a great planning session with the Property Finding team (and a few drinks of course!).
WHAT’S IN THE DIARY?
Lots to look forward to in October. We’re working on many more new projects, as usual, and we’ll be taking to the road once again with a variety of exhibition and social commitments, including:
