PLG Christmas Drawing Competition 2025

PLG’s Christmas Drawing Competition has brought a wonderful sense of warmth and festive cheer into our offices and we knew it was something we had to share.

We invited children aged sixteen and under to show us how they see Christmas through their eyes. What came back was nothing short of magical.

From snowy winter landscapes and beautifully detailed Father Christmas illustrations to wonderfully imaginative festive animals including a robin, a cat and even a gingerbread-nibbling mouse, the creativity on display was incredible. Every single entry had its own personality and charm.

It was wonderful to see such a broad mix of ages taking part, with fantastic entries coming from right across the age range.

Several of our highly commended drawings are now proudly displayed on the PLG website for everyone to enjoy. They have truly brightened up our digital spaces and reminded us just how powerful creativity can be.

Our 2025 Winners

After much discussion and plenty of admiration for the talent on display, our judges selected three wonderful winners, each receiving a perfectly timed for Christmas John Lewis voucher.

First Prize

Our top prize went to Charlie, aged eight, whose beautiful abstract Christmas tree captured our judges’ imaginations and won him a £200 John Lewis voucher.

Second Prize

Emily, aged eight, secured second prize with her festive illustration of Father Christmas in his sleigh, capturing the magic of Christmas Eve perfectly.

Third Prize

Oscar, aged eleven, won third prize for his brilliant snowman drawing, full of character and winter charm.

Choosing winners was not easy. Every entry brought something different and joyful, and we feel very lucky to have seen so much creativity land in our inbox.
