Healing at Home

PLG Consultants are the leading firm of property finders and disability architects in the UK, specialising in quality, accessible housing solutions for individuals with disabilities resulting from personal injury and medical negligence. As part of this process, we work closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals across the UK to provide us with guidance that will ensure our designs meet the unique care needs of each of our clients.

Our goal is to restore our clients’ quality of life by creating comfortable home environments that support their rehabilitation. Working together, we find, create, and build the perfect property for clients with life-changing injuries.

Aiding Rehabilitation Together

Our property finding team sources temporary rental properties that can be suitably adapted until the client has reached a full settlement. We project manage the entire process, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals throughout.

Once a full settlement has been reached, we will then work with the client to secure a purchase property that our architectural team will transform into a life-long accessible, forever home.

Whether adapting a rental or a purchase property, we recognise that both stages are vital phases that inform the client’s ongoing care and rehabilitation. The advice and input of occupational therapists and carers are integral to ensuring we deliver the correct disability adaptations from the outset.

Clients at the Heart of What We Do

We support individuals impacted by catastrophic injuries, and we are dedicated to ensuring they receive the care and support they require to nurture health and well-being. Our expertise centres around finding and adapting property for disabled clients, but it is crucial that we work collaboratively with experts in the care and rehabilitation field to create homes that enable our clients to thrive.

By forging meaningful partnerships with our clients, their families, litigation solicitors, deputies, case managers, occupational therapists, and care teams, we develop a clear understanding of each individual’s unique needs. Working together enables us to find and transform properties into comfortable havens that enhance mobility and independence for our clients.
