Sales Progressor

As a Sales Progressor it will be your role to help ensure the smooth progression of the purchase process for our clients following acceptance of offer through to completion; organising and detailing the required due diligence and resolving issues along the way. You will be providing thehighest level of communication and customer service to all clients and ensure they are updated and advised accordingly.

The role will involve the following:

  • Liaise with a range of contractors to obtain quotes and availability for reports to be undertaken to include building survey & valuation, gas, electrical, asbestos, timber & damp and any other reports necessary. 
  • Communicate with agents to educate the necessity of the due diligence required and organise the specialist visits.
  • Working with the directors, line managers and departments to resolve any potential issues
  • Produce reports in a timely manner
  • Negotiate price reductions where necessary 
  • Being a point of contact for agents and clients/stakeholders for advice
  • Manage expectations
  • Improve the process of transaction from agreed purchase to completion
  • Implementing ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and timescales
  • Identifying opportunities to grow the business. 
  • Reviewing architectural plans for adaptations based on individual client needs.
  • Networking with agents and clients to form long standing working relationships. 
  • Working to targets and deadlines, tracking account fees and sending disbursements.  
  • Diary management, handling enquiries, scheduling and co-ordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Recording and management of client and agent data.
  • Marketing using social media, selling the company and clients to agents. 

Personal Specification:

  • Experience within residential sales or sales progression within estate agency preferred
  • Good legislation knowledge
  • Planning and time management skills
