Role Overview:

PLG is offering a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join our established team based in our Leicestershire office.

Specialising in the property interests of clients that have disabilities either through a personal injury or as a result of clinical negligence, PLG has quickly become one of the market leaders in their field.

Operating nationally on residential projects, rental property adaptation, and new builds ranging up to £2 million, every one of PLG’s projects is bespoke. We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, motivated, and creative Head of Marketing to join our Senior Management Team with a view to expanding the team with further appointments for Social Media, print and conferences.

Key responsibilities:

Implement processes for enabling continuous improvement of BD and marketing methods, processes, and systems, ensuring opportunities for innovation are identified and colleagues are empowered to drive change.

In conjunction with the Senior Management Team ( “SMT”) , develop and implement a Marketing strategy as part of a wider sales and marketing programme

Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Work with Departments and the Business Development Manager to ensure that insight, thought leadership, BD and marketing campaigns are correctly targeted, driven, measured and deliver a return on investment.

Manage and produce creative content, including videos blogs, campaigns, and social media activity, in order to increase PLG’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare monthly reports for the SMT.

Proactively manage the marketing budget and all related costs.

Organise and in conjunction with the SMT, attend events such as conferences and exhibitions.

Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

Lead on market research and analysis, providing insight to identify and exploit new market opportunities with existing and new clients.
