We collaborate closely with letting and estate agents to find suitable properties for our clients, which forms a vital part of their ongoing care and recovery post-injury.
Our work spans the UK, where we secure properties on behalf of our clients. Due to the nature of their injuries, clients often cannot attend viewings, so we represent them during these visits.
To provide accurate feedback, we take photos and videos of the properties and only share them with the clients and their team, helping them decide on their future homes.
Our collaboration with property professionals ensures the process is as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

Our property finding team brings over 100 years of combined experience from estate agency, property development, and consultancy. We utilise this experience to work collaboratively with agents, keeping communication open. We understand the industry pressures agents face and work towards a common goal of closing deals swiftly.

Our property choices are guided by the specific needs of the individuals we work with, usually informed by expert opinions from professionals such as occupational therapists and deputies.
Our goal is to place clients in suitable homes so they can access necessary care as soon as possible. We work closely with agents to agree on tenancy terms or purchase arrangements and strive to complete the process swiftly on behalf of our clients.
Securing a Home
We liaise closely with legal teams handling our clients’ affairs, ensuring settlements are reached for those who have experienced life-changing injuries due to personal injury or medical negligence.
The litigation process for serious injuries typically spans several years. During this time, legal teams often secure interim payments to cover a variety of essential costs for things such as rental fees and property adaptations until a full settlement is reached. Once settled, the injured party receives a lump sum to fund all future care requirements, including property.
This arrangement means our clients are among the most secure tenants or purchasers available to landlords and vendors, avoiding long chains or mortgage applications.
