A Better Tomorrow

At PLG Consultants, our team is committed to delivering a personalised approach to ensuring each client is provided with a home designed with bespoke adaptations that enable them to thrive.

We work closely with case managers and healthcare professionals, as an integral part of the wider care team supporting individuals who have become disabled through personal injury and medical negligence.

Our goal is to restore our clients’ quality of life by creating comfortable home environments that support their rehabilitation. Working together, we find, create, and deliver homes tailored to our clients’ injuries.

Working with Case Managers

We recognise the importance of case managers and their ability to understand the individual’s health and social needs, as well as their ability to identify gaps in healthcare provision. This feedback is invaluable to us when designing homes.

PLG work hard to ensure that we provide a home that goes beyond meeting basic care needs. We want our clients to thrive, and that requires drawing on the experience of case managers, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure we create the best possible environment, tailored to our clients’ requirements.

Our team work closely and collaboratively with you to ensure that your expertise is utilised at each stage of the journey. Whether we are sourcing a rental or a purchase, we work together to prioritise the best possible outcome for individuals impacted by catastrophic injuries.

Moving Forward Proactively

How an injury impacts one person may not be the same as another, and we take the time to develop a thorough understanding of each client we work with.

Collaboration with case managers is integral to this process, and we prioritise effective communication, proactive responses, and knowledge sharing at every step of the process.

By forging meaningful partnerships with our clients, their families, litigation solicitors, deputies, case managers, occupational therapists, and care teams, we develop a clear understanding of each individual’s unique needs. This enables us to find and transform properties into comfortable homes that will enhance mobility and independence.
