Founded in 2012, PLG Consultants are specialists in accessible housing solutions for individuals with disabilities. Our journey began with two passionate co-founders and has since expanded into a dynamic team of experts in property, architecture, and accessibility, dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Our mission is to support individuals living with disabilities in finding and transforming properties into homes tailored to their needs.

PLG are specialists in the provision of quality, accessible housing solutions for individuals with disabilities resulting from personal injury and medical negligence.
Based in London, Devon, and Leicestershire, we work wherever we’re needed across the UK, offering comprehensive services that manage the entire property process—from finding temporary rental accommodations to creating fully accessible forever homes. We take pride in investing the time to understand each client’s clinical needs and lifestyle, ensuring every home we create enhances their quality of life and provides a foundation for their future.

Our Teams
Our Property Finding team are property experts skilled at researching the market, identifying housing trends, and nurturing relationships with letting agents so that we can successfully lead negotiations on behalf of our clients.
Our property finding team is fast-acting and on hand to visit properties anywhere in the UK within 24 hours. We can report back with detailed insights and recommendations to help inform decision making.
Our solutions-focused Architectural team are experts in designing and adapting homes for clients with disabilities.
With their knowledge, we offer a full architectural service managing the project from start to completion. Our Property Finding team are based in Devon and our Architectural team is based in Leicestershire, but we can travel wherever in the UK.
Meet our co-founders
The name PLG Consultants is inspired by our Managing Director, Phillip Gill, who co-founded the company alongside Director Glenn Hotchin. Together, they identified a significant need for helping individuals with disabilities find suitable, accessible homes tailored to their unique requirements.
Phill and Glenn’s passion for our mission is infectious and forms the foundation of our company culture. Their dedication not only drives our commitment to excellence but also inspires the enthusiasm and care with which we support our clients every day. Their vision continues to shape the positive impact we strive to make in the lives of those we serve.
