Graphic Designer
PLG specialises in supporting clients with complex property needs, including those arising from disability. Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team on
a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining and developing the PLG brand across both print and digital channels. You’ll create engaging marketing materials, social media graphics, reports, presentations, email campaigns and other branded assets, ensuring everything produced reflects the high standards and professionalism of the business. You’ll also be confident editing video content for use across our digital platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has a strong eye for design and wants to be part of a collaborative team where creativity and attention to detail are valued. No two days are the same, offering the chance to work on a wide range of projects that support the wider business and contribute to the continued growth of the brand. The role is based at our Leicestershire office.

Skills and Experience:
You will ideally have
- A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years’ commercial experience in a graphic design role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality print and digital design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience editing video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar software).
- A good understanding of typography, layout, branding and visual communication.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience designing email campaigns, ideally using Mailchimp.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
and meet deadlines. - A proactive attitude with the confidence to contribute creative ideas and work collaboratively
as part of a team. - A full UK driving licence.
