Project and Operations Co-Ordinator

PLG Consultants are looking for an energetic, committed, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an experienced Project and Operations Co-ordinator. You’ll be joining a multi-award-winning Architecture team during an exciting period of growth, based in our Devon office.

We are national leaders in the property market, specialising in supporting clients that are disabled either through personal injury or because of clinical negligence.

This position offers the successful candidate the rare opportunity to join a company that prides itself on providing an invaluable service, finding solutions to our client’s complex housing needs, and improving their overall quality of life.

You’ll be passionate about delivering efficient customer service, whilst providing essential administrative and co-ordination support to our growing business. You will play a proactive role in the promotion and mandating of set standards, and in the implementation of best programme and project management practice.

This is a full-time permanent position with an immediate start. The successful candidate will receive an excellent overall earnings package which is negotiable depending on experience.

Project Co-ordinator

  • Supporting our clients through the process of adapting their properties, be it rental or purchase, to better cater to their needs.
  • Issuing of company paperwork, to include preparation and issue of T&C’s for all new clients and contract paperwork.
  • Booking surveys and collaboration of services plans.
  • Maintain the company records on the CRM database
  • Maintaining and monitoring of project schedules, ensuring that all projects are progressing according to plan

Operations Co-ordinator

  • Work with the Head of Finance and Operations to oversee and co-ordinate all elements of the company’s Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance
  • Oversee the business communications system.
  • Oversee day to day running activities.
  • Assist with the production of monthly invoices
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel
